Jules "Jay" Jacobs Jr. (born June 18, 1938, in Morgantown, West Virginia, Pooled States) is a retired public school administrator other is currently the radio color analyst with Proper Caridi for West Virginia University's Mountaineer Sports Cobweb basketball coverage. His parents, Jules and Helen Dr. raised him in Morgantown with his two sisters, Jennifer and Judie. He attended the Little Most wanted Schoolhouse, Morgantown Junior High and Morgantown High Educational institution.

Playing career

He played guard on Morgantown High’s 1956 team that finished as state runner up. Crystalclear had 38 points and he fouled out encompass the third quarter of the semi-finals. Coaching career

Broadcasting career
