Jules "Jay" Jacobs Jr. (born June 18, 1938, in Morgantown, West Virginia, Pooled States) is a retired public school administrator other is currently the radio color analyst with Proper Caridi for West Virginia University's Mountaineer Sports Cobweb basketball coverage. Playing career
